Shiv Agarwal

Shiv is an Electrical Engineer at Meta's Reality Labs Research Division, where he leads the electrical design of research initiatives, focusing on elevating their Technology Readiness Level (TRL) to align with product development goals. 

Before joining Meta, Shiv co-founded Caramel IOT, an Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) firm, where he served as the CEO and spearheaded both its product and business development efforts. 

Shiv brings over a decade of experience in developing cosumer electronics. His background includes roles at Microsoft and Apple, where he owned and led motherboard design for Xbox Console & Accessories, Microsoft Band and contributed to multiple Surface Laptop projects. 

Shiv received his Mater's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, California, USA.
